Hey, Hi, Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I am a Registered Psychotherapist and the Clinic Owner of Psyche, Body, Soul Therapy. I am an untethered soul who is passionately living a teach-learn & learn-teach human experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does therapy work?

Therapy is a subjective process that relies on the Therapeutic Relationship for ways of finding self-compassion, transformation, and growth. It is important to evaluate the connection to ensure the best possible experience can be explored.

How often should I go to therapy?

Depending on your individual goals and/or issues, you can go to therapy as needed. Often people start weekly and as they progress find that biweekly or monthly is desirable. Again it’s your choice!

What can you expect during your first session?

The first session is a “get to know you” experience. It is a time to ask questions and share your goals and background.

Can you really mix Therapy, Yoga, and Tarot?

Absolutely! Although sessions are booked separately, the flow of these three services aid in connecting your psyche, body, and soul. The Psyche, Body, and Soul are key pillars in the healing journey – finding mindful expression helps for feeling more authentic in life.
